By downloading, using the DriveWell Go Europe App or clicking the “agree” buttons on registering to use the DriveWell Go Europe App, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms, set out below.

1. I confirm I have read and agree to the provisions of the Mobile App License Agreement.
2. I confirm I have read and agree to the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
3. I explicitly consent to the collection, storage and processing of personal data by Cambridge Mobile Telematics, Inc. about my driving habits as set out in the Privacy Policy when using the DriveWell Go Europe App, which I acknowledge and agree includes but is not limited to profiling data and the collection of aggregated statistics on my driving habits and use of the DriveWell Go Europe App.
4. I explicitly consent to Cambridge Mobile Telematics, Inc. sharing personal data about my driving habits when using the DriveWell Go Europe App, and aggregated statistics collected on my driving habits and use of the DriveWell Go Europe App with its partners who wish to send me electronic communications about the telematics program that I have registered to participate in for the purposes of safe driving or analytics

You can withdraw your consent to the collection of driving habit information and/or receiving electronic marketing communications from us or our partners at any time by: sending an email to privacy@cmtelematics.com or by clicking on the “opt out” link in any electronic marketing communication sent to you.

I wish to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the DriveWell Go EEA App subject to the terms of the Mobile App License Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
