2024 ATSIP Safest Driver Contest Rules & Eligibility

DURATION OF CONTEST

  • The Contest will begin on 8/13/24 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 10/20/24.

CONTEST DESCRIPTION

  • The Contest is a Safest Driver Contest wherein participants will use the Drivewell Go app for chances to earn prizes for being a top-rated driver in overall safety.   
  • Participants with an overall safety score 90 and above at the end of the Contest will receive an entry into a raffle where they have the chance to be selected as a winner. 
  • CMT will randomly select 5-10 winners from the qualified group.
  • The safest driver will have a chance to win a $1,000 grand prize to be donated to charity of their choice.

ELIGIBILITY

  • The Contest is open to attendees of the 2024 ATSIP Traffic Records Forum in San Diego, CA  who register between August 11 –  August 14, and ATSIP members.
  • The Contest is void where prohibited by law. 

HOW TO ENTER

  • Eligible individuals may enter by registering to use the Drivewell Go app and registering with a token code provided at the 2024 ATSIP Traffic Records Forum, and in ATSIP Safest Driver Contest promotions.
  • All correct entries received by the Contest deadline will be entered into the drawing. 

PRIZES

  • Drivers with a final overall safety score of 90 or higher will qualify for a raffle, in which, 5-10 winners will be selected.
  • Winners will have the choice to redeem their prize as a $20 gift card or donation to a safe driving charity.
  • The safest driver will have the chance to win a $1,000 grand prize to be donated to a charity of their choice.

LIMITS ON ENTRY

  • Each participant may win one contest prize only.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

  • Winners will be announced during a virtual webinar for contest participants hosted by CMT   after the Contest’s conclusion. 
  • After the webinar, winners will also be notified by CMT via email, where they will choose how to redeem their prize. 

MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTEST

  • CMT may modify any of the terms of the Contest.
  • CMT  may terminate or temporarily suspend the Contest at any time, for any reason, with notice. 
  • A participant’s continued participation in the Contest constitutes the participant’s acceptance of any changes to these terms. Participants are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of any changes that CMT  may make to these terms. 
  • The most current version of these terms, which will indicate the date they were last updated, will be available from CMT and will supersede all previous versions of these terms.

GENERAL TERMS 

  • To learn how the personal information collected in connection with the Contest may be used, participants should read CMT’s  Privacy Policy.  The terms of the Privacy Policy for the Contest are incorporated herein by reference. 
  • CMT reserves the right to discontinue the participation privileges of any participant who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the Contest in a manner inconsistent with these terms or with any federal, state, or local laws, statutes, or ordinances.
  • CMT  shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
  • By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Cambridge Mobile Telematics, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this Contest, from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this Contest or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this Contest.
  • CMT  is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by any participant participating in the Contest.
  • All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Contest, or a participant’s compliance with these terms will be resolved by CMT  in its sole discretion.
  • This Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • No purchase necessary and Contest is void where prohibited by law.
